Yes. Our minimums are 12 pieces for embroidery and 12 pieces for screen printing. You can mix and match styles and sizes as long as all items are getting the same design and ink colors.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turn around is 7-10 business days, but this can vary and is usually longer during peak seasons. The turnaround time begins after artwork proof is approved and deposit is received. Please call 610-847-1444 or email us at sales@solidproducts.net for current turn around times.
Do you offer rush services?
Depending on our current production schedule, we may be able to rush your order. Please reach out to our customer success team for more information.
Are there set up fees?
Yes. Screen printing has a $20 per ink color set up fee. For example, if your project has a 2 color front and 3 color back, the set up is $100 total. Embroidery set up is $35 for standard sized chest/hat logos. All of our screen print and embroidery set ups are one-time only, as long as the design remains the same for re-orders.
What are your artwork guidelines?
We prefer vector files in .AI, .EPS or .PDF files, however a high-res JPEG or PNG at 300dpi may work as well. If you’re unsure if your design file is what we need, send it over and we’ll be happy to take a look at it.
What if I don't have a design or artwork?
We’ll be happy to help you out with artwork requests. Artwork services are $55/hour. All artwork that is paid for belongs to you and may be helpful for future marketing and promotional materials.
What are your payment policies?
A 50% deposit is required before any orders are sent into production. The balance is required upon pickup or before shipment. We accept cash, credit cards and checks.
Will I see a sample before my order is produced?
While we do not produce a physical sample, we will send over a digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
What are your maximum screen print dimensions?
We can print at a max of 12.5” wide x 15” high.
What kind of brands and styles can I get?
We have access to a wide variety of different brands, so it’s likely we’ll have the right style for your job. A few of our most popular brands include: Under Armour, Nike, Next Level, Gildan, Carhartt, Jerzees and Sport-Tek.
Can I provide my own shirts for printing/embroidering?
We do not accept customer-provided garments due to liability issues.
Do you offer contract printing?
We do not offer contract printing and embroidery at this time.
